Fitting Bigger Rubber

I have a 1978 Nova that currently sits on 255 drag radials. I bought a pair of Goodyear 275 radials off of my auto shop teacher and a pair of M/T 10.5 slicks. I think I will have to roll my fender lips back to fit them, but my dilemma isnt that I will have to do that, it how I'll do that. I can rent an Eastwood tool, but all the videos about it I find have circular fender lips. I was wondering if I could still use the hub mounting Eastwood tool or if I'd have to go with the old fashioned baseball bat to trick. My fender is pictured.

you don't have to roll the fender lip, if you obtain the correct size rim and offset which is an 8inch rim with a 4.5 inch backspace. My 1978 Nova has 275/60r/15s on it with this rim and no fender mods were necessary. By the pic comparison I think my car sits a little lower than yours to. Just giving you another option.
