Air shock pressure?

Hey guys,
I have air shocks on the rear on my Nova which was installed by the previous owner. In the trunk, I have a schrader valve to inflate the shocks and raise the rear end. I've inflated them before, but I was never positive about the pressure. I was just wondering what the typical maximum pressure is for air shocks...I'm not too familiar with them and don't want to over inflate them. Thanks!

Generally you should run a minimum pressure in them so they don't get damaged. IF my memory is correct (its been about 30 years!) I think you are supposed to run a minimum of about 15PSI, max was either 90 PSI or 150PSI depending on brand. Like I said, its been 30 years since I had air shocks, so follow Johnny's recomendation and go to the manufactures website.
