Look at the LT4 specifications here...

Of course this would assume the LT4 springs and a bottom end that's capable to that. Also heads that breathe at that. I would think a ZZ4 would be. I used to shift my Hot Cam LT4 Vette at 6500 no problems, the limiter was changed so it would go much higher but would fall down above anything more than that. I'd play in the 6-6.5K range.
