He purchased the car to make his hard top into a convertible. BUT the SS Vin tags and cowl tags have been removed! Maybe if he would of removed the roof frame, I might believe it. Something tells me he wanted to CONVERT alright! His 136 hardtop into an 138 SS . Nice car though!lol
