10.5:1 compression with an 871 blower on pump gas. Can one run a low boost pulley about 6lbs, with retarded timing to be able to run on 91 octane?

Anything is possible but usually people who are running a similar blower setup will have compression set in the 8:1 range. I'm guessing by your question you are talking about a street driven engine but this is the drag racing section, so not sure where you are coming from.
