You might be able to get away with it if you tried the E85 fuel instead of the pump gas. The e85 runs so much cooler you could get away with running a higher compression even with boost. This could also cut down on the posibilty of predetnating. A lot of the pro charger and turbo guys are doing it.The E85 would also get your air charge way cooler. I beleive that Super Chevy or Chevy High Performance recently did this with a 355 sbc with 10 or 11 to 1 comp with a small 140 mega charger that made 600 hp. The E 85 carbs are going to be the pricy thing.
