I am rewiring a 63 Chevy II and have a couple questions. Where can I get new wiring pigtails/leads and the rubber covers that go over the plastic plug in for the front parking lights/blinkers? I also noticed that the water temperature sender wire goes through the ignition switch before it goes to the dash. What is the reason for this? Can I just skip the ignition switch and go straight from the sender on the block to the gauge in the dash. I am using aftermarket gauges. Any help would be appreciated.
