I was reading another thread and it got me to thinking. What are your Winter time rituals as far as your stored cars? In this thread, it was stated that the owner drained the gas and kept the battery on a charge.

I'm wondering how many of you do specific things to your cars when you put them away for the Winter? I'm sure the cars that are in heated garages, this won't bo too important. But what about the guy that just covers his car in the driveway, or the unheated garage?

Unheated pole barn.

She gets an oil change, I take the spark plugs out and squirt a little oil in each cylinder, I check the quality of the coolant, run some fuel stabilizer through the system, take the battery home, put in some dryer sheets and Irish Spring to keep the mice away and then cover her up.
