Hi,

I'm installing the Pro-Touring front end on my '63 Wagon and I'm doing the brakes now (Wilwood PN 140-13224.) Everything has been fitting so far but there weren't castle nuts for the spindle in either the TCI parts or the Wilwood parts so I got a set from O'Reillys for a '77 Mustang. They go on but quite a bit further down that the cotter pin before the hub is anywhere near tight.

I have the bearings and oil seal installed in the Wilwood hub. Do I just need a different nut or is there another issue here?

do you have something like automotive fasteners? I would get a thicker nut so that it pushes the castle cover out farther to accomodate the cotter pin.

Did your spindles come unassembled? Did you get it from a dealer or direct? We only ship them completely assembled.

There is a spacer that is missing.

This is awesome! We need support like this from more vendors. My hats off to TCI. I have vendors that won’t even return my calls much less reach out to me on a fourm.
