Ok I've been doing some research and need a little help. On the Superior Spindle web site http://www.superiorspindles.com/chevy2.html they sell a drop spindle and 11-3/4" Wilwood 4 piston dynalite caliper for 1198.00. I talked to them and they say no mods are required. Next I went over to Hotrodsusa http://www.hotrodsusa.com/ and gave them a call. A few weeks ago they had a 2" superior spindle kit for 1249.99 that included free shipping, SS line and a proportioning valve. But, their web site said the lower ball joint would need to be replaced to one from a later model car. I gave them a call and they recommended a Heidt's drop spindle along with the lower ball joint change. My plans for the front suspension include the cpp lower a-arm replacement kit and a flaming river rack and pinon kit. Any recommendations on which way to go with the Wilwood brakes and what spindle would be great.

I purchased my wilwood brakes from hotrodusa they took a long time to get me my brakes, about 6 weeks. you can use your stock spindles with very little mods. but if you want the 2" drop you'll have to decide on a spindle
