Will a blower show boost when quickly rev'ed in park or does it have to be under load for it to really show +boost? My car is 12 vac when idling in park and when I rev it quickly goes to zero but no boost showing. Haven't driven it yet to see what it shows under load.

My turbocharged car acts just like that in neutral...1 Bar at idle and drops to 0 when revved. Driving under a load, it builds up to 1.8 Bar.

Superchargers will generally show boost when you rev in park or neutral quickly. They produce boost a lot quicker than a turbo does.

You should see a momentary drop in manifold pressure, but then it should pick back up and show boost pretty quickly. Superchargers don't lag much.
