Damn! I wish I would've seen these before. Convex would've been nice But yes, they look the same as nova mirrors and will work.

Might have to be a guinea pig and try them out. Anyone else have any thoughts? Im just afraid that since they arent originals that they will be "floppy" and come out of adjustment when shutting the door or driving faster.

It looks like the correct type with the points on the front & rear of the base. It wasn't until the '66 version that they squared off the front & rear of the base.

If you are fretting about the floppy mirrors and are willing to spend the bucks, Morris Classic Concepts has a version of the later style that can have screws tightened on the head to adjust the tension.

Yes, i have seen those as well. They are a little pricey, but i guess not that much more than what i posted. I really like the ones i posted because they look like the correct style base and they appear to have the bowties as well. Maybe i will order them and if they dont appear to be way i want, then i will return for the Morris mirrors.
