Think he's talking about the soft rubber cover that goes over the upper A-arms in the engine compartment. They're stapled to the inner lip of the wheelwell.

you can use your old ones as a pattern and make your own out of a truck mud flap or I've seen repo's on ebay .

Inner fender dust covers (shields).

I believe that goodmark has them, so now you just have to find a reputable rep!!
