Going down to -28 in Prince George B.C. tonight, same in Calgary, Alberta and -30 in Edmonton. It was blowing a blizzard here in Abbotsford this morning and barely made it above freezing during the day. Normal is +10. Going down to -7 tonight. Took my Caribbean vacation too soon:(.

abbotsford was a blizzard in the morning and almost t-shirt weather with full sunshine by early afternoon.crazy stuff.i recieved a tow-in(crashed car) that had suffered over $7000.00 this very morning(dirrectly due to the poor weather conditions) and was already at my shop by first coffee break.by then the snow was pretty much gone.

Did the car suffer it's damage on the freeway east of Whatcom? I could see 3 in the median, including one rollover....all before 8:30AM.

To hell with the postman, thru rain or sleet or snow! Try rolling in the slush, puddles, mud, windy cold snow every day, yesterday 2 of our sales included a 67 chevelle frame (bare) so of course the whole car had to be stripped down to bare. The other was a tb 400 from a 68 impala which of course was still hooked up and at the back of our new arrivals. By the end of the day not only are you missing half of your tools in the snow, but also a few fingers that froze off sometime earlier in the day (as well as a couple of other body parts that i'll leave unmentioned) spring time we go on an 'egg' hunt. I moved out here from kitchener in '79 to get away from this crap! What~up with that? Trying to keep my 'cool'. Tinster Dave

Well, Bob, as everyone knows, It NEVER snows on Vancouver Island.
What we're seeing right now (Mar.15) is really THICK rain that doesn't seem to leave my driveway????
Hey Roy! Good to hear from you. Just watched the Noon TV news and it's snowing along almost the entire east coast of the island. Rain/snow mixed here in Abbotsford at present, but nothing sticking. Hope it stays that way.

snowed for 3 hrs straight in burnaby today, at my house at least. i'm sick of working outside in the rain and puddles, when i come into the garage im too damn cheap to heat the place. every time i go out to work on the cars packing up and moving down south always crosses my mind.

last sunday/monday it snowed, my daily driver got smoked parked on the side of the road. got the call from icbc thursday saying its a write off, maybe ill get the lowball offer tomorrow on it.

so ya, the weather sucks.
