What is the plastic piece to the left of the “U” jamb seal with the 2 Phillips head screws called? What is the cracked red piece called? Where can I purchase them? Thanks!

whatever you don't don't install the U jamb seal backwards....or a SNS beating will ensue

This is the way I installed them temporarily while fixing jamb.
