Driver's side headlight: Has high beams, has low beam
Passenger's side headlight: NO high beam, has low beam

I replaced the passenger headlight... no go. I replaced the passenger headlight socket, no go... there aren't any blown fuses...

what am I looking at here?

I had this problem with my VW and it ended up being the high beam switch. Also check the wiring on the other headlight, iirc, the high beam wire goes to one side headlight and then splits and goes to the other. maybe the wire in the socket is broke/loose.

Did you check the socket after changing it out? The passengers side gets its power from the drivers side connector.
