I put one one a Nova once, would not do it again.
You use contact cement, you have one shot at placing it and it is there for good. If it's a factory style you have to have the seams straight.
You need good ventilation & protective equipment. I sprayed the glue so it would go on even and the fumes were worse than paint.
We haven't had one to do in a long time, the last few we sublet, I don't think the labor charge was very much. I would ask an upholstery shop for a quote first.
