Can someone tell me approximately how much it costs to get a vinyl top replaced??? Do body shops do this or do I have to find a different place? Links would also be helpful....

Also - the metal dash top between the defroster vents and the bottom of the windshield is rusted. I have seen replacement panels for this for $89, but does anyone have an idea what it would cost to have a shop replace this as well?

Try an automotive uhpolstery shop for the top, that's who did mine.
Body work cost is a function of preperation on your part,
