Does anyone have any comments about the tubular control arm kits offered on E-Bay or Amazon, good bad or otherwise They are listed for @ $300. Looking to replace the original stamped steel ones on my '72 that will be a street/strip build.

If you want my opinion. Save your money. Spend it on good adjustable shocks. I was in the 8's with stock front control arms in my Chevelle.

I have a set on one of my novas. Put good ball joints and bushings in them and they are fine. I haven’t had any issues

Agreed, I did the same. I see no issue with the construction but they come with crappy ball joints and bushings. @smackvay, sent you a PM regarding your car.
