Has anyone tried the Tube Type/dual tube trans coolers and what lenght?I will be putting this in my 66 with 700r4 trans with a stock converter.

before the plate types(preferred).. I used several of the tube and fin types..... they worked ok then... should be ok today...

Do you remember what lenght you used?

last one I used was a B&M unit the biggest they made at the time....what ever that was then.... never go lite on cooling always over kill it....

I agree, I prefer the stacked plate ones myself.
