Can anyone tell me if this tranny will work in my 66 nova...and if so what would be the best shifter to use with it...the casting numbers are 3925656...

Looks like a Saginaw 4-spd to me. It can probably work but won't take alot of abuse or power IMO.

Thanks....someone else here told me the same thing...would you know the best shifter to use with that tranny??.......66 nova bench seat..

I'd use something like a Hurst Competition Plus.

Looks like a 3 speed saginaw to me...there are only 2 shift levers that I can see.
