i rebuilt a th350 with a b&m kit following each step very carefully well i put the tranny in the car with a brand new 2000 stall tci converter i didnt fill it up before istallation i have put about seven quarts in it so far when it is running the dipstick still isnt reading the car will not move could this be because of low fluid please help the car is just about ready and i can finish it if i can over come the problem. thanks

You're probably still about 3qts shy of full. The converter takes a couple all by itself.

Keeping adding until the dipstick starts showing full.

Yes, keep adding fuid until it reads on the stick and/or moves, i had trannys that were a 1/2 quart low and didnt move.
