I have a 396 with a Holley 770 and a TH350 (for now). Does anyone have any experience with this combo from summit? Any recommendations?

You'll love the throttle cable, you won't believe how adjustable it is. If I remember right the cable on mine was way long and I had to cut it down a little. Just remember to leave yourself enough adjustment for a different setup in the future, i.e. 2 inch carb spacer perhaps?
