Call Jason at TCI and discuss the issue you're having and see what he has to say. you can also copy/paste this thread in the sponsors forum where TCI has their own hangout... might get help/answers quicker. 
tci front springs
i read some older posts saying that tci's front springs were too stiff and or were stamped for the wrong rates, im having the same issue with a front clip that i bought in jan. has anyone else had this issue with the springs that tci sent with thier m2 front clips. my kit came with the 300# springs (green dot)the car has about 300 miles on it and its still really stiff and hasnt settled in at all anyone have some ideas. thanks much

We are in Louisville so don't try to call. Check the tech thread in our section. It basically says it can take around 1000 miles for the springs to break in.
