Guys, I want to put a 6 speed in my 66, what are the differences between the t56 tranny found in the camaros and firebirds and the zf from a corvette? Will the zf handle more torque? From pictures I see the shifter on a zf is on the left side of the tranny. This is going behind a big block so I would like to know if anyone knows what the torque ratings are.
