I have a Sun Tune tach for my wagon and it has 4 wires coming of of it they are : orange, white, grey and brown. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Not sure if this will help or not... Certainly the wire colors are different.

It almost sounds to me as if you've got a real old one that requires a transmitter...I'm not sure however. The oldest one I have is probably late 70's or early 80's and it has red/black/green & blue....
