Does anyone know if the 69 Camaro sub frame mounts and the 69 Nova sub frame mounts are the same?

they are. the 67 -69 camaro uses the same frame as third gen novas. slight variations in the later years on the novas, but the mounts are the same, just remember if you take your old ones out, to use any spacers that may be on the body in the same spots.

Yes, they are.

The only thing is that you must use the factory spacers in the middle mounts.

If you use aftermarket mounts (like global west's) they may come with the spacers engineered in to the mounts.
