Went up to NYIRP last night for a TNT Session after we got the new plate kit on the car. We started off with a 250 Shot first pass we had the juice come and start spraying about 200' out and it went a 9.30 @ 150 so we backed it up a little bit and had it come in at around 100' out and it went on the last pass a 5.98 @ 120 1/8th and a 9.20 @ 151 with a 1.49 60' time and she was chattering the tires to the 330' mark. I know the MPH is there for an 8.99 but I gotta get the juice to come in a little softer to keep fromover powering the tires.

Bad ***,
I am sure you will get it worked out next time out. I am hoping to get an 8.99slip within the next couple of weekends.
Good Luck!

Have you tryed ballast yet Scott. I put 70lbs under the chute an knocked 3 tenths off the 1/8, I can't keep a flexplate in long enough to get a 1/4 pass but I working on it. I was watching Outlaw 10.5 Stangs runnin 195mph on tires like yours with weights an a wheelly bar, you can do it too!!

I take it you got the rear problems fixed and all is fine. Congrats on your new runs.

You are running the mph to be in the high 5.70's,(1/8)-8.90's already.
Should be in the high 20's low 30's 60 ft, get that thing to hook and lookout.... Impressive....Love that car!!

start spraying about 200' out
Have you ever hit it right on the line? Mine actually worked better that way because it hit the tire harder and seemed to stay hooked better-but then I was only spraying about 200h.p. with an iron headed 406 on a 9" E.T. Street that went 9.80's.
