new to the site-looks great just wondering if anyone knows how you can find out how many 1965 nova ss's are still registered in the US.

I dont think there is a way to find that out. Since each state has their own DMV. I would seriously doubt you could even find out that info for 1 state.

I have a cloner 65 SS... originally 194 ci Nova 400, now it's a obvious fake SS 327 PG (and it will become a M20 in the next few years). ;) I never tried to make it an accurate clone... just picked the SS parts I liked (Interior, cove molding), and left off the stuff I didn't like or couldn't afford (rocker moldings). :)

Real 65 SS cars seem to be a rare breed. I know one is gone... sent one to the crusher about 15 years ago... it was REALLY, REALLY rough. I saw another in a junkyard back in '96, but it was completely picked over.
