I'm starting on my engine bay tonight when I get off work and I'm thinking of going with a set of solid motor mounts/frame mounts. Would this be suggested? I'm going to get a set of the poly radiator mounts since my stockers were as soft as a pillow and dry rotted. Any certain brand or set that you guys would recommend? I'm going to be putting in the Fast Burn 385 with the LT4 hot cam, edelbrock RPM Air Gap, Holley 750 Carb, 3000RPM stall, and a th350 transmission.

I have had solid frame and moroso engine mounts for the last 14 years and the only thing i can say is you will feel more road bumps but nothing you cant get used to, will feel like a newer camaro. Also never ever install a solid trans mount, i have broken my th400 before because of it and put back in a $5 rubber stock replacement. remember something needs to give a little.:yes:

Thanks for the tip on the transmission mount. I'll just get a Goodmark replacement.
