I am posting a list of potential attendees. I know things change with weather, kids etc. Just keep me informed. I will have fuel, water, gas and lots of tools close by if necessary. I have quick access to my trailer if things really go south.

Callaway Winery Discount

Callaway welcomes So. Cal Novas on May 2nd!!!! We open at 10am so either call or e-mail with your time of arrival. As far as discounts you have few options. If everyone is paying individually then I can mail you 50 (or more) "10% off" coupons to use for your tasting. But if you are paying for the whole group (one transaction) and reserve and pay in advance, then I can offer "$2.00 off" your tasting and give everyone in the group each a "$2.00 off" coupon to use for their wine bottle purchases. The coupon is only valid that day. Just so you know, our tasting fee is $10 which includes six tastes and a souvenir logo glass. Let me know what you decide and I'll take care of it for you. If you have any questions please contact me.

Regards,

Donna Craig

Wilson Creek Winery

Thank you for contacting Wilson Creek Winery! I appreciate your inquiry and would be happy to assist you with the details of your event.

Wilson Creek Winery offers a truly unique experience – we present award winning wines, gourmet cuisine, and one of the most beautifully landscaped wineries in the Southern California Wine Country.

Unfortunately, we cannot specifically reserve the lower parking lot for your group as we use it for our limo and bus area on the weekends as well as any overflow parking. You are welcome to park there, however, it is on a first come first serve basis, so we would not be able to reserve a designated area for the group. Our winery opens at 10:00 am if that helps.

Are you also interested in group wine tasting ($13.00) or lunch perhaps? I have attached information on both just in case. Once you review the information, please feel free to contact me to discuss any details or questions you may have or schedule a tour of our beautiful facility! If you would like to move forward with your event, please let me know and I am happy to put together a contract for your event!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Warm Regards,

Jennifer Brannon

Catering or Pot Luck

This is a fielder's choice, we can go either way just let me know. I would recommend that we eat first before anyone does any wine tasting.

We will meet at Lake Skinner in the Marina Parking Lot. Here is the information on that from the Park authority:

In regards to your request this is considered a special event and the fee would be $165.00 to reserve the large shelter and parking area at Skinner, plus it would be $7.00 per vehicle that participated in the car club. You may have a caterer, but they will need to provide a County selling permit if they plan on selling the food. If they are not selling the food then they only need to provide a copy of their current health permit at the gate and pay the $7.00 entrance fee. If you plan on having activities such as a jumper and games, other fees and insurance are required for this, which I have also attached information for you to review.

A flyer will be forthcoming with all the particulars and a map of the cruise route.

Brian,

I live off the 91 Freeway, and will be heading east until the 15 south to Temecula. Maybe we can hook-up somewhere along the 91. Later, RK

Mark,
I didn't forget about you; why don't you come by the house at say 7:30, and then we'll head out on the 91 to the 15, go south and stop at Tom's Farms, and then make it down to the Swing Inn. Call me, RK
