Well block is welded and the starter on. All is well. Took the wagon out today after installing the fenderwell headers and new exhaust. The Nova sounded nasty and ran even better.Had the headers ceramic coated and the valve covers powered coated just so it looks good and runs even better, I will be going to Cecil Dragway soon to get in the 10 second club.Thanks to everyone here for all the help

Yes they are. They look good and perform well. I will tell you this ...I can now change the plugs in 10 minutes and get to everything so much easier. I like the ceramic look and I painted the block black and the valve covers powder coated black. Just enough chrome and aluminum with the black engine compartment.
