Sending unit Wire

I need help identifying the original sending unit wire for my 70 nova. It has a fuel cell and a sending unit, but I need to trace down the wire to connect. I thought it was the white wire in the rear harness, but I am unsure..

Thoughts???

On my 72 it's a tan wire. What year is yours? I'll look it up for you.

1970.. I think it runs with the tail light harness.
