I won a High Volume sealed power big block oil pump off of ebay. I pulled the pump cover off and found the good billet gears and I think it's old stock from the 80's or early 90's. Is this a relabeled melling pump? Looks of good quality and doesn't have the PM gears so I might run it in my solid roller 468 motor-what do you think.

Does it have a M77 cast into it?

If it is a Melling pump, it could have been manufactured to specs for Sealed power.

Odds are it is a Melling.

If it's a older unit, the casting around the mounting area will be larger.

Sounds like a great find!

It has sealed power casting numbers on it and there isn't the M77 anywhere. I don't have the pump in front of me now.
