I have a 3782608 water pump on my '65 SBC car that I would like to keep so I decided I'd spend an hour, that ended up being two days, looking for a rebuild kit. The only kit I could find was for a 1958-1964 SBC Short Pump. BUT NOT A '65. There is no top boss or hose fitting on this water pump like is seen on some later pumps. Does anyone know what the difference is between the '64 and the '65 pumps?
