will rustoleum be ok to use inside the cabin on the floor pans? instead of por15? it's really expsnsive. I am tearing out my carpet and putting down some sound deadener this weekend.

It would be totally fine. Even better is something called XO Rust from TrueValue hardware. $30 gallon and sprays amazing. But if you already have the Rusto...go for it.

rustoleum is used for some industrial applications, it dries really tough against chips and stuff, and it will keep moisture out, and rust at bay if you have any.

I've been using there self etch stuff were ever I go done to bare steel. I'll use other primer it. But self etching is working great so far.
