We're doing a complete tear down and rebuild of a 77 concours. we have it completely stripped, getting ready to pull the subframe off and blast the body and frame before painting. There will be several other posts to come on painting advice. But for now i am building a rotisserie so we can spin the body and easily get the underneath clean and painted.

Don't have a lot of experience working with metal and not sure what thickness i need for the cross members to bolt to the frame/body mounts to safely hold the car. i am planning on using 2x4 steel tubing but not sure how thick the walls need to be - 1/8" - 3/16"? Thoughts?
