I'm looking to swap a roller 350 I have into my L6 car (1966). I'm seeing that the nova/chevy II cars have the oil sump in the front of the engine and I'm going to guess that it's pretty obvious that those pans can be ordered because the car could have originally come with a small block.

However, my engine is a 1 piece rear main (87+ style). Does anyone make the correct oil pan for a late model small block? And if so, what has to be done to the oil pump for it to fit?

Thanks for any info or leads into the right direction.

Thanks. I also did some googling and found some rear sumps clearanced for the steering. I'm just glad I have some easy options to consider.
