The whole thing looks really cool and all, but what about the clunk of the cap on the chain against the paint of the quarter paint. I think that would make for instant paint chips! Yuck!

That filler neck is nothing new, has been around for years. (30 plus years)
You will mostly find a company called Attwood has it.

It is a marine filler neck.

Any boat dealer, supply house will have it. (at a lot less than 60.00!)

Understand the cap is not vented, so a separate vent must be used in your filler neck or tank.

It also uses a spanner type key to open.
