is there something you can use to make them like new my hatchback emblem doesnt have dent or deep scratches its just discolored looking as if the chrome or what ever is coming off? can you polish them or something?

If the chrome is coming off you'll need to get it re-chromed but if its just dirty then a bath and letting it soak in hot water and some suds should get it pretty clean, then go buy some chrome polish and some triple ott steal wool (#000) and polish it up that way. Wont be show quality im sure but should be a considerable difference.
