How hard would it be to replace the lexan windows on this Nova? Front, back, and side windows.

Thanks,

Scott

shouldnt be to hard.cut them with a fine tooth jig saw...leave the paper on while cutting them.then use a propane torch to clean up the edges.Do not clean lexan with with paper towels...its like rubbing a 2x4 on your lexan(paper towels are made out of wood)...use a cotton towel.bm

That year Nova the Front and rear glass are GLUE in. You will need to BUY the Chrome trim and the Clips to hold the trim. There is a GOOD chance the tabs that hold those clips have been cut OFF. Then you will have to figure out some way to weld the tabs back or use sheet metal screws to hold the clips.

You could always Flush mount the glass. Therefore no need for the tabs or clips.

Good Luck.
