I PM'd him and ask him isn't there anything that ebay could do about what has happened and his response was..... " Ebay refers you to the Vehicle Protection Program. If you have ever dealt with them, (this is my second time) you will soon realize it is a big joke. It is almost a bigger scam than the one I fell for. In a way it is a bigger scam because everybody thinks there is actually some protection backing you up but there is nothing there. I explained all the details of this situation and they said they read the listing and I am not covered by the plan. I had another situation where a person took my deposit and said they never recieved the balance and in this case they said I wasn`t covered because I was 1 day late in mailing the balance so I was not eligable for reimbursment. Someone should really look into doing a 20/20 investigation into their so called $50000.00 coverage vehicle protection plan."
