Refurbishing Dash cluster, need help

I am in the process of refinishing a dash cluster for my 73 and need a little help. The cluster is in good shape, not cut up for radio install, not broken or cracked. All that is wrong with it is some of the black is pealing off and the silver around some of high spots is completely gone. I want to repaint it with black and then paint the accent areas on the high ridges silver. Any one have any Ideas on doing this. Colors and such. I purchased a can of gloss black plastic paint for spraying the entire cluster first. Then I believe the areas that are silver is actually Argent silver from different sites i have visited. Is this correct? Where do i get some at?
