here out of my Chilton's book:

U - Bolts : 45 - 55 ft.lbs.
lower Shock mount : 45 - 55 ft.lbs.
front eyebolt* : 60 - 80 ft.lbs.
shackle nuts * : 30 - 50 ft.lbs

The last two with * when the car is on ground, bounce the rear several times and then tighten to the right torque.
Check the U-Bolt nuts after 20 -30 miles.
