I pulled a six cyl out of my 67 nova and am installing a 350. I know i have to get a new larger radiator, but will i have to change the radiator support. Also if anyone has any suggestions on who has good quality radiators available, and original material vs aluminum. Thanks

The core support for 67 has the same configuration for both V8 and L6 installations, you don't need a new one for a V8 conversion. The radiator mounting holes are in exactly the same spot.

The V8 radiator mounts on the radiator are usually configured differently from the L6 radiators to enable them to mount to the same holes, mostly because the cores are sized so much differently.

In order to make sure you have EXCESS cooling capacity, I'd vote for going with the largest aluminum one you can mount easily for your setup. The generic Summit radiators work very well if you are able to fab up some mounts.
