I just received this overflow tank from Jegs:

I have a question about the mounting height for it. The top of the overflow tank takes a radiator cap. Does this cap have to be level with the cap on the radiator? Can it be lower than the cap on the radiator?

whatever looks cool to you so long as it doesnt interfere with your hood mount it level i have mine mounted down low maybe an inch below the radiator bung :yes:

Same here, I just mounted mine, its a little lower than the top of the radiator.

What size is that overflow tank ???

It holds 1 quart. It's about 3" diameter and about 12" tall

Thanks for the info guys. I have another question to add: Should I use the same pressure rated caps on both the radiator and the overflow can? or should I use a higher presure cap on the overflow can? What presure caps do you guys normally use?......14lbs?
