I have a 750 Double pumper that I just put new accelerator pumps in. I was just wondering if I should see fuel start to squirt out of the squirters the second I start to move the throttle? I have the nut for the squirter cranked down so theres almost no play at all in the linkage to the acc pump but I don't get any fuel coming out of the squirters until its @ 1/8 throttle. I can see the pump lever start moving but don't get fuel the instant it moves. I'm assuming this is causing my slight stumble when I ease into the throttle and then it clears out @ 2000 rpm. My guess is it should start squirt instantly? Sorry if I made it sound confusing.

This is one of the most common problems with stumble.
I would adjust the arm until you get instant fuel.

Make sure your idle adjustment is correct first.
This adjustment does change the response time of the pump.
