Finally got the 62 back running. Original 194 6 cyl with air cooled PowerGlide. Trans and PS are acting up and both are low. I just want to make sure I am using the right ATF before adding any to either. I have a couple of quarts of O'Reilly Premium ATF that the label says is suitable for use in General Motors and Ford trans calling for DEXRON IIIH, DEXRON IIIG, DEXRON II, DEXRON IID, DEXRON IIE, MERCON, Type CJ, Type A and Allison C-4. Is this appropriate for both trans and PS pump? The shop manual calls for ATF Type A with an AQ-ATF-A mark. Not sure what that means.
