I LIKE IT. I CAN REALLY IMAGINE IT BEING DONE. HAS A GREAT STANCE AND GREAT LOOK INSIDE AND OUT. NICE WORKMANSHIP. CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE MORE PROGRESS AND THEN THE FINISHED CAR. :chev::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
Thanks for the compliements i will get him to post progress pics after everything is painted. P.S. This was one of my favorite projects thus far, i dont usually do ProStreet type work, mostly drag only...if there is any of you wanting to build a round tube chassis promod style wagon....let me know!
Thanks for the kind words. Ole Chassisguy does an excellent job and is a great guy as well.
Here's some pics of my progress. It's pretty slow going as I'm a noob and can't paint.
The tailgate is horrible and above my knowledge of how to
make look pretty. Its pitted BAD on the bottom and has some chunks out of it.
I dont plan to show this car so I'm not really concerned.
I want it covered and driveable for now, and when I get some money I'll let the pro's fix this crap.
The entire car is gutted right now, but I have mostly new stuff to put back in, including: wiring kit from Ron Francis,
steering wheel, shifter, new toggles, new bezels,
and new gauges. My plan is to tape it off tomorrow
and at least veriprime it. Hopefully I can run the
hell out of some primer too!
