Can an engine block built earlier than 86 have a one piece rear main seal?

Im at my last nerve with this block we bought because I can not figure out the year!! All the numbers I have looked up that are on the block say it is a 69-79 350 out of a Vette, but It looks like it has a one piece rear main seal. Then again I have never looked at the rear seals so it could be two piece. Should I just stick with the online number look up concensus and assume it is a 69-79?

I apologize I should more likely than not explain what my "oil pan issue" is haha. Well we bought this motor from a guy who had it in his flat bottom jet boat. We didn't think this all the way through and tried putting the motor in with a boat oil pan..... so it sat on the sway bar. Now we need to purchase a new oil pan, but it is difficult when you dont know the year of the motor.
